I believe we are created for a purpose. My purpose as a choreographer is to create art that brings healing both to the dancer and to the audience. I use movement to tell stories. I bring the unseen experiences of the human heart into movement so healing can occur.

Teaching for me is an evolving story. The dancer and I will walk through insecurities and misconceptions about themselves and how they fit into the dance community together. The dancer is enough. Each dancer brings something different and valuable to this world. I will create a safe place for mistakes and success.
Through my teaching style dancers start to see their potential and have the ability to grow into it.
Being a mentor is close to my heart. Dancers are instructed endlessly, critiqued often and compare themselves unfairly. Sadly, this often leads a dancer to either becoming overly competitive or lacking clarity on their abilities. Under my mentorship, I will listen to them, walk with them, and guide them. Dancers need this so they can embrace their dreams.
My heart for INTENT is to explore the whole heart of the creative mover. I want to guide dancers into finding their voice, finding their path, and in that, experiencing the fullness that art can bring to someone’s life. INTENT is a fully immersed mentorship program providing consulting, coaching, managing, and creative counsel.
